CM Saini Orders Real-Time Tender Updates to Sarpanches While Pushing for Transparent Rural Development

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has directed that all rural development tenders be shared in real time with sarpanches through SMS as soon as they are issued. The move is intended to strengthen transparency, prevent delays and ensure village leaders can monitor work from the beginning and that open access to tender information will improve accountability.
